Unframed art is shipped sandwiched between archival flat materials for rigidity.
Damage in shipment may of course occur. All articles are shipped insured. If damage occurs in shipment, please contact me at jon.m.mock@att.net. If damage occurs in shipment please retain the damaged article and all packaging. If damage occurs, I can attempt to create a new piece for payment of insurance funds. As these articles are one of a kind and hand made, there is no guaranty that the new piece will be identical to the original.
I've set prices to allow me to ship products to you in the domestic US at my expense. Note the increased cost for framed art reflects not only the cost of the frame selected, but also the cost of shipping.
